With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston and a Masters in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, Dennis utilizes his technical background training and mindset to focus on the details of every custom build. He knows that every project is personal to his clients and focusing on craftsmanship, high-quality workmanship, and building exceptional homes will create lasting relationships in the community.
Dennis has been married for over 30 years and is the proud father of three sons and four grandchildren. He loves building homes in the community where he lives and has spent time as a youth coach and scoutmaster.

Devin Burkholder
Devin is a Decorated Airman with the National Guard and is recognized at a high level for his achievements as a Civil Engineer in the military. He draws on his knowledge and skills from the trades learned in the military to create beautiful, quality homes.
Growing up in the building industry, Devin works side-by-side with his father, Dennis, bringing different perspectives and skillset to the table with the goal of creating amazing homes within the community he lives. He loves spending time with his wife and four kids, attending festivals, and is an avid New England sports fan.
